PONGAL Festival 2009

What?: Variety Children's Cultural Program
   and
Drawing Competition for Children.
There will be 2 categories for drawing competition:

1. for children age 8 and younger
2. for children from age 9 to 17

Competition Rules:

1. Drawing theme: Pongal festival.
2. Maximum sheet size 15" by 20".
3. One entry per participant.
4. Write name and age on the back side of the drawing sheet for identification.
5. Particpants need to pre-register by January 10th 2009.
6. Registration is on first come basis.
7. Completed drawings needs to be brought to the function to be judged.
8. Participant must be present at the function to be able to participate in the competition.
